Social impact continues to be a core part of how we operate at TSK. Throughout April and May, our teams have continued to support charities, communities and industry initiatives through fundraising, volunteering and social value activity across the UK.
From supporting local causes and environmental projects to celebrating industry recognition, these initiatives reflect the commitment of our people and the values that drive our business forward as we continue to make a positive impact beyond the workplace.
On 9 May, our own Jamie, Callum, Hannah and Nickie took on an incredible 11,000ft skydive in Lancaster in support of The Christie, our Charity of the Year.
With some seriously brave efforts, the team jumped out of a plane to help raise awareness and support for an important cause. It was an amazing achievement and a fantastic example of the commitment and spirit shown by our people.

Our support for The Christie continues this month, with members of the TSK team taking part in the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run on Sunday, 31 May, to help raise further funds for our charity of the year.
Every contribution helps support the incredible work carried out by The Christie in providing cancer care, treatment and research. If you would like to support the team and donate, please visit the fundraising page: https://www.justgiving.com/page/sophie-lynch-6

It was a proud moment for us as we picked up three awards at the CCS National Site Awards.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards are among the construction industry’s most recognised programmes, celebrating sites that go above and beyond to deliver high standards while making a positive impact on the communities around them.
We’re delighted to have won one Bronze and two Silver awards!
These awards reflect our ambition to be an impactful workplace partner - delivering projects that support our clients, their people and their long-term success.
Our colleague Dave recently spent a volunteer day supporting River Holme Connections in Meltham, West Yorkshire, helping remove invasive Himalayan Balsam from the riverbank.
Himalayan Balsam is a fast-spreading invasive plant that can damage local ecosystems and contribute to riverbank erosion. Volunteer efforts like these play an important role in protecting local waterways and wildlife habitats.
A fantastic effort from Dave in support of environmental sustainability and community action.
