Drawing from inspiration, we’ll start to define work spaces, mapping out your new office concept and the potential aesthetic themes through sketches, moodboards and test planning.

Once the design concept is established, our team of 3D experts build a 1:1 model and showcase the new design in a series of photorealistic renders, animated flythroughs and packaged video stories – supported by the themes from the brief.

Finally, we build in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology assets into the design to ensure all of the building restrictions are considered.

Our commercial and pre-contract team will work together with design teams to package budgets and recommendations, detailed delivery programmes, specifications and recommendations into a final business case for approval.
