Business of the Year Awards

Following a judging day and site visit with the panel, we have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at the North West Business of the Year Awards:

• Large Business of the Year

• Property Business of the Year

Being shortlisted in these categories is a fantastic achievement for our whole team and celebrates the strength of our business and the people behind it. Every project delivered, every client relationship, every new idea and every challenge overcome contribute to making our business what it is today.

Fit Out Awards UK 2026

Our projects have also received outstanding recognition at the Fit Out Awards UK 2026, with two shortlisted across three separate categories:

• Fit Out Project of the Year – Large Office under £7.5 million: Specialist Risk Group (SRG) Headquarters

• Fit Out Project of the Year – Medium Office: Nexus Headquarters

Having projects recognised across multiple categories is a fantastic achievement and reflects the quality, collaboration and expertise that goes into delivering exceptional workplaces for our clients.

From workplace strategy and design through to project delivery and handover, these nominations are a credit to every colleague, partner and supplier who helped bring them to life.

Celebrating individual impact

The celebrations don't stop there. Our CSR Coordinator, Sophie Lynch, has been named as one of just four finalists for Community Contributor of the Year at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards.

The nomination recognises Sophie's outstanding contribution to our CSR and volunteering programme, and the time, passion and energy she puts into creating meaningful opportunities for our people to support communities and charitable causes.

It's a thoroughly deserved achievement and one we're incredibly proud to celebrate.
