Despite uncontrollable approval process delays, we were tasked to deliver WeWork’s new co-working space on time and to the highest standard.

Splitting the project into two phases, we delivered 22,000 sq. ft. of the project in under six weeks and the second phase whilst the space was occupied.

Meeting the opening date deadline meant freelancers, businesses and entrepreneurs could start enjoying a community-driven work experience without delay.
