Capgemini‘s UK office in London had to provide show-stopping spaces that supported different work activities, wowed clients, and hit the right price point. As a global leader in their arena, Capgemini already knew what they were doing was working, but their challenge was, and always will be, continually generating new, innovative ideas.
We partnered with Capgemini to create a solution that would improve communication, increase collaboration and foster constant concept creation. The new environment also had to accommodate a new set of employees from their Vauxhall office.
Capgemini’s business model is all about working with their clients to develop an idea, so we replicated that approach throughout our project.
We spoke to their people to find out how they work now and how they want to evolve in the future. We worked closely with their consultancy team to understand their client journey and we teamed up with their brand and marketing departments to infuse their company DNA throughout our designs.
We transformed their top-floor meeting space into an Accelerated Solutions Environment and Applied Innovation Exchange unit.
Capgemini’s London office was designed to help them win customers by taking them through a visionary spectacle of their co-creation journey – from the initial meeting right the way through to their digital strategies.
With tunnels, LED lights, whiteboards and brainstorming zones, prospective clients got a real taste of what life would be like with Capgemini on their side.
And throughout the rest of the floors, we introduced dedicated base camps, team camps, hot desks, touchdown areas, open collaboration areas, chat boxes, workboxes, workshops, team zones and digital hubs to inspire innovation.
Capgemini were incredibly impressed with their results in London and subsequently recruited us soon after to take on projects in Wales, Manchester and Leeds.
