In a business landscape where stakeholders increasingly value transparency and accountability, B Corp offers a consistent framework for evaluating organisational impact and integrity.

What was assessed and what we have already demonstrated

TSK’s certification reflects a long-term commitment to ethical, inclusive and sustainable practice. In 2024, we became employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust. This embeds shared responsibility and purpose into our governance structure.

The B Corp assessment evaluates impact across five categories: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. TSK’s verified score was 127.8, compared with a pass threshold of 80. The results reflect how our policies, practices and outcomes align with these areas. Certification provides a structured, independent view of how our business contributes across each dimension, offering clients, partners and employees a clear reference point for trust, accountability and long-term value.

Recent projects reflect this direction. We have delivered SKA Gold-certified workplaces for Allianz, MPS and Howden, and completed a refurbishment of The Aviary building in Manchester to EPC A and BREEAM Excellent standards. We are also a member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, earning a Bronze Award and receiving Sustainable Solution of the Year recognition.

B Corp certification confirms that TSK’s practices align with the expectations of organisations seeking clarity, accountability and integrity in their supplier relationships. It also reflects the internal values that shape our work and culture. These include how we govern and operate, how we support people and how we reduce environmental impact.
