We’ve been shortlisted across seven categories in two national award programmes - a signal that our integrated approach to workplace transformation continues to deliver lasting value for clients and communities.

At the 2025 Insider Yorkshire Property Awards, two of our projects are finalists:

  • Fit Out of the Year – IDHL, Leeds HQ
  • Design Excellence – Medical Protection Society (MPS), Leeds HQ

At the 2025 Fit Out Awards, we’ve been recognised in five categories:

  • Excellence in Sustainability – TSK
  • Fit Out Project of the Year, Medium Office – NERA, London HQ
  • Fit Out Project of the Year, Medium Office – SilverDoor, London HQ
  • Fit Out Project of the Year, Large Office – MPS, Leeds HQ
  • Project Manager of the Year – Brian Westhead

IDHL: Integration through experience

To unite eight digital brands under one roof, IDHL needed more than a new office - they needed a workplace that respected individual identities while creating collective energy.

We delivered a 9,300 sq ft space in central Leeds that supports hybrid work, encourages connection and retains brand distinctiveness. From reuse of nearly half the existing furniture to on‑site plaster bending for curved walls, every element supports sustainable execution and intuitive movement.

Open zones, tech‑enabled meeting rooms and a social hub create space for collaboration without compromising focus. The result: a workspace shaped by its users, and already driving stronger engagement.

“It’s been really great to see how excited everyone is to come into the office more and be with their teams.”
– Mike Sprot, Chief Financial Officer, IDHL

MPS: High‑performance HQ, future‑ready delivery

MPS challenged us to halve their estate footprint while enabling new ways of working. We responded with a 70,000 sq ft phased scheme that combines a hybrid HQ with a sublet‑ready suite - all delivered in a live building with zero disruption.

The space blends long‑term adaptability with clear estate strategy. Key features include modular layouts, inclusive amenities and circular material reuse, aligned to both operational performance and ESG targets.

Recognised in two separate awards, MPS’s HQ proves that transformation can be both strategic and sustainable.

NERA: Post‑acquisition clarity, operational focus

Following a major acquisition, NERA required a workplace that supported internal cohesion and high‑value consulting work.

We designed an adaptable, insight‑aligned London HQ that supports complex delivery, client engagement and internal integration, ensuring brand, performance and purpose operate in sync.

SilverDoor: Translating global identity into hybrid fluency

SilverDoor’s new HQ expresses their international brand through a space built for flexibility. The workplace fosters transparency, collaboration and knowledge sharing - key enablers for attracting and retaining top talent in a hybrid-first world.

Sustainability embedded from day one

Our Excellence in Sustainability nomination reflects more than materials - it recognises a whole‑system model. Lifecycle analysis, low‑carbon sourcing, supplier transparency and post‑occupancy data are embedded into every project. This approach aligns with client ESG goals while maintaining commercial agility.

These nominations reflect the value of early alignment, sustained collaboration and a shared commitment to people-first transformation. We’re proud to work alongside clients who view space not as overhead, but as infrastructure for progress.
