Both projects were recognised in the Interior Design – Office category, affirming their clarity of purpose and strength of execution. This recognition reflects the value of purposeful design. It shows what can be achieved through close collaboration, clear intent and a shared focus on outcomes
MPS set a clear ambition: create a right-sized, future-fit HQ that delivered on sustainability, performance and experience. The result was a 50% reduction in floorspace, enabled by behavioural insight and data-led planning.
Sustainability was embedded throughout. The retrofit reused key assets where viable and replaced outdated systems with an all-electric infrastructure. High-performance glazing, LED lighting and a new BMS helped cut operational emissions. Material choices balanced longevity with environmental responsibility.
User experience was not compromised. The hybrid-ready layout, bespoke desk booking, and intelligent lighting systems ensured comfort, adaptability and performance across the board. The space also achieved both BREEAM Excellent and EPC B certifications, reinforcing its environmental credibility.

SilverDoor’s London HQ exemplifies how workplace design can reflect brand, culture and ambition. Moving from a multi-floor layout to a single connected space improved team connectivity and client experience.
Every element of the space was designed with purpose. A concierge-style entrance, client-ready zones and a dedicated media studio support storytelling and service. At its heart is The Den: a vibrant social hub that reflects SilverDoor’s belief in connection as a business driver.
The project reused existing furniture and integrated sustainable materials including Interface’s Net Effect carpet and PET acoustic rafts. The result is a hybrid-ready environment that enhances clarity, cohesion and performance.
These awards highlight the value of workplace design that responds to specific business needs. MPS and SilverDoor faced very different challenges, but each project demonstrates how space can be aligned to purpose with clarity and precision.
For MPS, that meant using retrofit to reduce environmental impact without compromising experience. For SilverDoor, it meant creating a space that brings brand and culture to life through hospitality principles.

We are proud to have supported these outcomes and thank both clients for their trust.
As expectations around space continue to shift, our focus remains the same: helping organisations make informed decisions about their workplaces, and delivering environments that support performance, adaptability and long-term value.
