Over the past 12 months, our TSK team have cycled through the night, crawled through muddy fields, donned their Santa outfits, hosted a football tournament and hit the saddle from Manchester to Blackpool in an attempt to raise £25,000 for the British Heart Foundation.

We’ve almost reached our target and our final event in this fundraising journey is an even more ambitious one. Next week, the entire TSK team will participate in a triathlon-style relay from our London office to our Manchester office.

Our colleagues will be cycling, running and swimming across the country from London to Milton Keynes, Northampton, Leicester, Nottingham, East Midlands, Derby, Harrington, and finally, Manchester.

The TSK Relay will kick off on Monday, September 16th, from our London Hub in Moorgate and finish on Friday, September 20th, at our Manchester office in Media City, where we will celebrate this wonderful journey.

Why are we doing this?

Back in the summer of 2023, we took on a challenge to raise £25,000 for the British Heart Foundation in honour of our friend and colleague David Cox, who passed away suddenly in 2019 following a heart attack whilst recuperating from a motorcycle accident.

David’s positive attitude left a lasting impact on everyone around him, and if there was one thing he relished, it was a challenge. ‘Work hard, play hard’ was David’s approach, and he regularly got the TSK team involved in his sporting passions by creating a running and swimming group and getting the team to take part in a number of cycling events.

So we thought, what better way to pay tribute to David than to go the extra mile with a company-wide triathlon across the country?  His legacy lives on.
