With over 90% occupancy in Dublin and a growing demand for flexible space, WeWork set out to convert the iconic former Central Bank into a highly desirable workspace for SMBs, enterprises and On Demand members.
Working closely with WeWork’s design team, we were tasked with delivering a high-quality, versatile workspace within budget, including both CAT A and CAT B works.
One Central Plaza offers an exciting home for businesses of all sizes, striking the perfect balance between function and style. Spanning eight floors, this mixed-use space supports hybrid working, productivity, and community experiences.
