Architectural Technician

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless production and management of technical drawings for our construction projects. You'll have experience collaborating with delivery teams to establish a detailed drawing release schedule, ensuring that drawing production remains on schedule throughout the project's lifecycle. You'll be capable of maintaining close liaison with construction and site managers to provide them with up-to-date, current, and valid drawing information. Create supporting drawings for client-requested changes, ensuring these are managed carefully and not issued for construction until formally approved. Prepare thoroughly for internal meetings on a regular basis to facilitate project coordination.
