Our fiercely collaborative nature andexpertise in workplace design are there to develop design into delivery packs,co-ordinated with design release and approvals – maintaining certainty ofprogramme, budget and quality.

More than just a fit-out

Pre-construction

Building evaluation, risk analysis, detailed programme development, design development and cost development, our pre-con team work closely with design teams to make the process onto site smooth and risk-free.

Project & Site Management

Throughout the build, our project management co-ordinate in-house Site Managers and sub-contractors to keep everything safely on track - reporting everything daily and weekly along the way. They'll maintain consistent communication and change management throughout.

Project mobilisation

The project mobilisation period is designed to finalise all developed designs into a RIBA Stage 4 construction design, associated construction programmes, a full set of contractors' proposals, firmed cost plans, procurement schedules and statutory obligations. We'll coordinate all the key trades and sub-contractors for the fit-out, including installing walls, ceilings, flooring, electrical and plumbing systems, and other fixtures and fittings.

Finishing touches

Once the construction is complete, the office will be thoroughly cleaned, decorated and any final touches such as lighting, hard and soft furniture and will be incorporated.

Handover and soft landing

Our soft landing process is designed to ensure a seamless transition from fast track build, through pre-snag checking, handover and into maintenance and support including full O&M manuals, final checklists and maintenance schedules.
