Workplace activation approach

Team workshops

Taking the lead from your workplace strategy consultations, we’ll run a series of interactive workshops with teams, sharing the details of your new office design, defining the brand experience and immersing teams in a new way of working.

Workplace champions

Creating a team of advocates within your organisation will form the basis of ongoing activities throughout the project. This team is a diverse mix of staff across the business who will be the advocates of change. Using a series of small group activities, we’ll ascertain your team’s aspirations and gain insight into the expectations and challenges that come with change. The champions are responsible for being the voice of the end users and so will be educated on the new office space using interactive and engaging content from our toolkit.

Site and workplace tours

With our strategists, designers and construction teams, we make sure to run interactive tours of both the work in progress construction sites to share progress as well as post-handover answering any questions your teams may have about the finished office space.

Video content & media

We've assembled a media team responsible for supporting your internal change and communications with high-quality video content, documenting the process of your workplace project. We capture the project's key concerns, themes and vision involving champions in content production to excite and inspire wider teams.

Communication support

Our in-house experts will share best practices and support your communications programme, what to say, how to say it and when is best over the course of a project to share the right information, keeping your whole organisation informed and ready for change.
