At TSK we're proud of our environmental credentials. But we're careful to ensure that our partners come up to the mark, too.

Our furniture partner Herman Miller has won more than 40 environmental awards since 1991. Their products come with an industry-leading 12-year warranty, yet their actual life expectancy is much longer (their Mirra chair, for example, is 96% recyclable at the end of its useful life).

Most impressively of all, their employees actually founded their own Environmental Quality Action Team (EQAT) to ensure that the company takes a strong position on green issues at all times.

We are also staunch partners of Carbon Clear - a world leader in carbon management that has been helping organisations address the challenges posed by climate change and the first CM company with an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system.

Sustainability is a priority for us because as well as saving the world it can also help businesses perform better. Apart from specifying sustainable materials and non-volatile paints, selecting products that are both recycled and recyclable, saving money by installing energy saving programmes to control lighting, heating and ventilation, building in recycling facilities, we also consider the effects on those working in our environments.

Research shows that people work better in a workplace that uses natural light and fresh air. Their productivity increases, as does their speed and accuracy. TSK designers always maximise the use of these assets to create healthy, sustainable yet profitable environments.
