Hiscox pick TSK for Toronto Square fit out

International specialist insurer Hiscox has appointed TSK to design and fit out its new 3,328 sq ft office at Toronto Square, Leeds.

The new facility, which the firm moved into in November, will house up to 20 Hiscox employees relocating from Equity House.

TSK’s design provides a blend of private client meeting rooms, internal training facilities, social areas and open plan workspaces.

A key objective for Hiscox, which is also set to house a collection of original artwork within the new office, was to make its Leeds location consistent with the look, feel and amenities of its global workplace guidelines.

TSK’s in -house architectural technicians, health and safety, and design teams are among those that were involved in delivering the project.

Andy Burke, director at TSK, said: “Hiscox is remodelling the way it provides services to its clients within its offices, based on the innovative design of its London headquarters.

“This project is a translation of their wider business strategy into a new workplace which will provide areas for high quality and discreet client engagement as well as facilities to help support Hiscox’s team, such as the new training areas.”
