TSK returns to Call Centre Helper
Leading contact centre news portal, Call Centre Helper, has featured news of one TSK's latest projects in the sector on behalf of Southern Water.
In just eight weeks, TSK designed and fitted out a new call centre for 80 people at a previously mothballed site in Brighton to help the utility provider prepare for an anticipated rise in volume of issues concerning the implication of the Government's Private Sewage Transfer (PST) legislation which came into force this October.
