TSK were employed by Hermes to create an environment which coordinated the organisations assets of people and processes in an environment that was totally focused on delivering customer service. Hermes wanted a fully integrated and more efficient workplace which improve internal communication, and develop enhanced social capital and a smoother teamwork structure. Furthermore, they wanted their new environment to reflect their brand values of excellence, speed, professionalism and confidence.

TSK assisted Hermes to choose a building that was right for their needs; they also provided an integrated design and fit-out service, helped communicate the vision and new work protocols to their staff and moved the entire organisation into their new environment.
